Our story began at a small closed down Taco Bell restaurant in Little Saigon in 2018. We started a quest to make banh mi, a famous American family food. We launched this project in late 2018. Carrot & Daikon is a U.S. Navy Veteran owned company, we take pride in our heritage and strive for excellence in every aspect of our operation. Our focus lies in crafting authentic and creatively fused versions of Vietnamese Banh Mi.
