It all began at a small closed down Taco Bell restaurant in Little Saigon back in 2018 when we embarked on a mission to bring Banh Mi to be a beloved American family food, to the forefront. Our project officially launched later that year.

Good portions and flavor for the price. Definitely a value. I got the chicken Banh mi with extra chicken but no mayo, no butter, and no brown sauce. It was delicious and reminded me of Vietnam. Next time I’ll also order it with extra daikon and carrot 😋

The bread is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and somehow manages to disappear way faster than I planned. The fillings are always fresh, generous, and packed with flavor. They have unique protein ... like fish that other places don't have. As a Vietnamese, this is the best "banh mi" that I had for a really long time. The bread is fresh, long, very affordable. Especially, the "cha ca" favor is top-notch. If we have another opportunity to visit this city, we will definitely eat here again!

I tried the lemongrass beef and it was good, but not my top choice. I liked the lemongrass taste. I feel it needed more veggies. I will go back another time to try other options. I also had the matcha milk tea, it was a little too sweet for me.
